Throughout my time here at UWM, I have participated in internships through the arts education/community ecosystem. Its mission is to develop teachers as change-makers through experience with organizations, non-profits, and k-16 school partnerships. Through these internships, I have learned how to integrate art in the classroom, connected with many schools in the Milwaukee area, and grown in confidence as an artist and educator.
